It is with great regret and following intense deliberations, that the MAC has opted to cancel its Day Camp Program for Summer 2020. We invite all participants to contact us at [email protected] to obtain a refund. In light of the extraordinary circumstances of this cancellation, your refund will include the $50 administrative fee.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the MAC’s Day Camp. In case of cancellation, fees paid will be reimbursed, except for an administrative fee of $50 (taxes included) per stay cancelled. All reimbursements will be made by credit card, within thirty (30) days following cancellation.
The MAC’s Day Camp reserves the right to cancel a participant’s registration at any time for discipline and safety reasons. In such a case, a reimbursement prorated to the number of days spent, less an administrative fee of $50, taxes included, will be paid by credit card within thirty (30) days following cancellation by the Camp. If the number of registrations is insufficient, the MAC’s Day Camp reserves the right to cancel a specific camp. In such a case, you will be advised ahead of time, and all fees paid will be reimbursed.
