Artwork description
Krakoss avant et après incubation is both an abstract sculpture and an object filled with narrative potential. A plastic pouch holds a long, malleable, transparent tube filled with small sticks. The materials are inviting to touch and to manipulate, and lend a playful character to the work. Furthermore, tension is created through their given forms, which simultaneously emphasize and contradict their industrial origin.
