This Tandem is intended for non-profit organizations working in the field of health and social services, serving children, adolescents, adults, or seniors. The activity is tailored to the participants, their needs, and any specific requests.

Please note that this activity does not include a visit to our museum space, as our temporary space at Place Ville Marie no longer hosts exhibitions.

When Art Meets Architecture
Tandem Workshop/Tour for Community Groups

This Tandem activity invites you to explore works that enter into dialogue with the architecture surrounding the museum. As you move through the indoor and outdoor spaces of Place Ville Marie, you will be guided to observe and understand the connections woven between art and the urban landscape. This guiding thread, enriched by two recent acquisitions by artist Marlon Kroll, will lead you in the workshop to draw inspiration from your everyday environment: doors, staircases, windows, familiar objects. Through the application of layers of coloured pencil and wax crayon, you will create intriguing images that move between figuration and abstraction.

The activity will take place in all weather conditions.
