The Foundation invites you to fill in the form below to reserve your place at the Bal du MAC 2025. Thank you for your support and we look forward to welcoming you on September 13!
Payments of $10,000 or more
Payments over $10,000 must be made by cheque or bank transfer (credit cards are not accepted). If you choose bank transfer, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide the necessary information for the transfer.
TO CLOSE THE FORM, WHETHER YOU ARE PAYING BY CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER, PLEASE SELECT THE “PAYMENT BY CHEQUE” OPTION.
Please note that although the Zeffy platform suggests a fee, it is possible to reduce it. Nevertheless, it is this fee that makes the platform free to non-profit organizations.
