The Bal du MAC 2025 is co-chaired by Philippe Adam, Chief Executive Officer, Pomerleau, and Viviane Croux, Senior Vice-President and Head of Quebec, BMO Enterprises.

Viviane Croux
Senior Vice-President and Head of Quebec, BMO Enterprises

Biography
Viviane Croux leads the Commercial team for BMO in Quebec. With almost 25 years’ experience in the financial sector, Viviane has a unique background, having worked in capital markets, wealth management and commercial banking. Prior to joining the financial sector, she worked for a major accounting firm in Montreal.
Viviane holds both the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the École des hautes études commerciales (HEC) and an MBA from McGill University.
Viviane supports numerous organizations, including Centraide and the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Philippe Adam
Chief Executive Officer, Pomerleau

Biography
Philippe Adam is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pomerleau. He joined the organization in 2021 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as well as leading Pomerleau Capital, the investment arm in infrastructure and renewable energy.
In his previous role, he spearheaded two of the largest transactions in the company’s history, including the acquisition of Vancouver-based ITC Construction Group and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec’s $150-million investment in Pomerleau.
Philippe has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy and operations. Over the span of his career, he has been involved in a variety of strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and debt and equity financing. Prior to joining Pomerleau, he served as CFO of Goodfood Market Corp. for three years and was Principal at Champlain Financial Corporation between 2013 and 2018. Philippe also held the positions of CFO at Garda Background Screening Solutions, Investment Banker with National Bank Financial, and Financial Advisor with Deloitte.
A graduate from the Bachelor of Commerce program at Laval University, Philippe subsequently earned a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from HEC Montréal. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA, CA) and holds the designation of Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), for which he was the Canadian gold medalist in 2009.
Philippe is active in several associations, including the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Cercle des Présidents du Québec and the Business Council of Canada.
Philippe sits on the board of directors of the Douglas Foundation. He also sits on the board of two of Pomerleau’s subsidiaries: Borea Construction, a leader in the construction of renewable energy projects, and ITC Construction Group, a leader in residential high-rises.
